Join us on this journey of transformation and rediscovery. The House of Prayer is more than just a place - we want it to be a refuge for the soul and a call to a deeper and more meaningful life.
"Real Life" Summer Camp 2025
Today, we are bombarded with countless things that want to define our REAL LIFE – that want to tell us what success means.
Advertisements and YouTubers tell us how we should look, who we should date, what professions we should have, what car we should drive, how much money we should have, what makeup to wear, what clothes to buy, and so on.
When 26 people come together with the desire to seek God and discover the meaning of life, it cannot be just another event. It becomes an experience. And that’s exactly what happened this time: days filled with emotion, honest questions, unexpected discoveries, and hearts open to a vision greater than their own limits.
From the very first sessions, the participants were challenged to look beyond the present and imagine the future as God sees it for them. Step by step, they learned how to turn that vision into a concrete plan, writing down clear and practical objectives. The atmosphere in the workshops was one of support and collaboration—every idea, every testimony, every step was met with encouragement.
At Deo Gloria Church are so very excited by all that God has done for us this year. We’ve had two baptism services where 9 people have been baptised, and there are at least 2 more people who want to get baptised and are currently going to preparation classes.
It has been an exciting season for us as a church, seeing God at work in many ways. We have had a great season with the youth group. As well as seven of them getting baptised, it’s been exciting to see them all connecting as a group and making steps closer to a relationship with Jesus.
Deo Gloria Church was planted by Emy (Emanuel) and Fabi (Fabiola) Goicovici in 2007, with the specific purpose of reaching unreached/unchurched people to an encounter with Jesus Christ, to a life of discipleship and Christian maturity.
From worship leading and mentoring to Youth Alpha and summer camps, Heidi Longworth has spent the past decade immersed in mission in Romania. It all stemmed from an ‘Abraham and Isaac moment’.
